Charming stay with friendly vibes

The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast daily, which was a pleasant surprise after previous stays elsewhere. Additionally, the room was neat and tidy, making me feel right at home.

However, the shower was quite compact, leading to an occasional splash on the bathroom floor. The location is a bit of a trek to the nearest metro station, so plan some extra walking time.

Some rooms feature decent setups, clean bathrooms, and a basic breakfast with sausages, cheeses, breads, and fresh fruit.

Check-in caused significant delays, with guests experiencing long waits and trouble securing their rooms. Walls are paper thin, resulting in disrupted sleep from noise. Limited air conditioning controls made for uncomfortable temperatures. Showers were problematic, with water spraying everywhere due to poor fixture placement.

Oh, where to begin! The lukewarm water absolutely ruined my shower experience, and the 'best' part? I couldn’t even get upgraded to a better room given my high expectations. On top of that, the walls are paper thin, so listening to every corridor conversation just added to my displeasure. I almost thought I would enjoy my stay, but couldn't.

Our room is clean, spacious enough for our family, and comes with a lovely balcony to relax on after a day of exploring.

We stayed for 7 nights with our two little ones, and discovered a lovely park nearby, perfect for evening strolls. The staff provided us with a crib for our youngest, which made our experience much smoother. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided daily.

My kids wished for a better breakfast selection.

The staff were super helpful! They even got us hot water for coffee and an electricity adapter right away, which was great! The rooms were cleaned daily and we got 2 pillows each, so comfy nights for all of us.

It was a bit pricey for what it offered, but acceptable.

The area is nice, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We explored beautiful parks and took the metro with ease. Rooms were clean and cozy, making our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive vibe.

However, the floor above us creaked a lot, making it hard to relax at times. This affected our sleep, so future guests might want to request a room on a higher floor.
